First, we have officially opened our New York City office, establishing Evolve as a truly bicoastal firm. This expansion strengthens our ability to serve clients nationwide and reflects our long-term commitment to building an enduring, multigenerational platform.
At the same time, we are excited to welcome Brett Cohen as a Managing Partner and Luke McGrath as a Client Relationship Manager. Brett joins us from Morgan Stanley, where he built one of the firm’s fastest-growing next-generation advisory practices. He is widely respected for his integrated, outsourced family office approach and his deep experience working with business owners and multigenerational families. Luke brings complementary expertise and a strong client-first mindset that aligns seamlessly with our culture.
Brett will lead the continued buildout and day-to-day leadership of our New York office while partnering closely with our leadership team on the firm’s broader strategic direction.
Together, the opening of our NYC office and the addition of Brett and Luke represent a meaningful step forward for Evolve. We remain focused on thoughtful growth, investing in exceptional talent, and delivering the sophisticated, long-term advice our clients expect.
